The general practitioners have morning and afternoon consultation hours. Appointments are planned to last for 15 minutes. To make the consultation hour as efficient as possible, the doctor’s assistant will ask for your reason of visit when you make the appointment. This makes it possible for her to plan the necessary consultation time. If you wish to discuss multiple questions, we like to know beforehand. This way the doctor’s assistant can take this into account and reserve extra time for you if necessary.
To make an appointment, you can use our e-health or app provision. You can also contact us by phone during available hours. It is usually possible to make an appointment for the same day if you call early in the morning. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. In case of a later cancellation, we may have to charge you the costs.
The general practice-based nurse specialist for somatics, Elleke van Vliet, has a consultation hour for patients with chronic conditions: asthma/COPD (lung emphysema), diabetes and CVD-risk management.
The general practice-based nurse specialists for mental health care, Iris Wobbes and Heike Klinken, have consultation hours for mental health care.

Emergency
For emergencies and first aid you can come to us. If you or someone else calls in advance, we can prepare for your arrival. In case of a life threatening situation, please directly contact the national emergency number: 112.
Home visits
Home visits are done at the end of the morning and the beginning of the afternoon. If possible, we ask you to request a home visit between 8am and 11am.
There may be other reasons for you to appreciate the general practitioner making a home visit. For example, this may be the case after a hospitalization. It is not always clear for us when you are dismissed from the hospital and if you expect a home visit after your hospitalization. If you would like the general practitioner to visit you, don’t hesitate to call us.
Consultation by phone with the general practitioner
If you want to have a consultation with the general practitioner by phone, you can make an appointment for this via e-health or the app. The general practitioner will then try to call you during the reserved time slot. In other cases, you can also arrange a call back appointment with the doctor’s assistant.
Video calls
You can also request a video call. This can be arranged through the doctor’s assistant. She will make the appointment and give you instructions for the video call.
Changes personal data
We appreciate it if you let us know when your personal data, such as your address or phone number, change. Also when you change health insurance companies, for example, we would like to know this. Childbirth is not automatically communicated to us, so we want to ask you to tell us about the birth of your son of daughter as soon as possible as well.
External watch
During absence due to continuing vocational training or holidays, our colleagues from Medisch Centrum Hillegersberg (Tel: 010 – 890 25 06) and general practitioner C.J. Kuypers (Tel: 010 – 303 12 90) will keep watch for us.
